All intellectual property rights in materials produced by Technosetup as part of the services provided shall remain the property of Technosetup until full payment has been received from the client. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client as outlined in the agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the provision of services. This includes but is not limited to proprietary information, trade secrets, and client data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Technosetup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and Conditions and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time period.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
